It's time again

Monte has not been doing the greatest with his Crohn's lately. Often times when he has a setback we attempt a wheat/gluten free diet to see if that helps. He has gotten somewhat positive results before, but can never stick to the diet long enough to know for sure. We'll hope and pray for some good willpower this time (for both of us, so that I don't tempt him). I'm sure tomorrow I will be spending most of my free time googling "gluten free recipes".
