Photo Shoot in the Backyard

I wanted to take some of Isabella's two year pictures outside. Even though she's not quite two yet, I thought I should take them while the weather was nice, as it is quickly getting cooler. Yesterday was supposed to be our last nice day for a while. I am loving my new camera!

Oh. My. Goodness. Come here quickly. You are SO hired. (I see a side job in your future!)

Okay, what is the fancy stuff you are using to make the pictures look so great? Is it something on your camera or something you edit with?

I'm going to agree with Meredith. You really could do some work on the side with your photography skills. Those pictures are awesome!

I'm also wondering about all the special effects. Camera or some kind of photo software?

Thanks, it's a little of both. The camera has tons of settings, shutter speeds, editing tools etc. I'm always messing around with it, I never use the auto setting. Also, for some pictures I use the program "Picasa". You can go to picasa.com and download it (it's free). I found it by doing a google search for free photo editing software. I've tried a few different programs, but this seems (to me) to be the most user friendly.
