Right after Monte left for work this morning, Isabella said:
"I think you should work, Mommy, then Daddy can stay home with me."
I see how I rate.
Then, when she saw Monte come home really early today (because I had a dentist appt.), she was SO excited, that after all the screaming with excitement, she was actually telling herself, "now relax, just relax." Ha!

Even if you are ranked 2nd, I just adore the fact little girls LOVE their Daddies! Maggie is the same way and I've noticed she seems to have more "fun" with Che than she does with me!
Ouch! Though I believe that we do some "training" when it comes to our little ones getting excited when papa comes home. *I'm* always thrilled to see him, why shouldn't she be? :>)
We have the same issue over here. Every morning when I go get Madeleine from her crib she says, "I want Daddy!"
I bet that makes those daddies smile from ear to ear!!!
