Isabella and Daddy planted some of the garden today, while I worked up the ground for my flower beds. Unfortunately, it was extremely windy so we didn't get a whole lot done, hopefully tomorrow will be better.

SO... how do you get her to wear her hat? We're going to the beach on Friday and she will NOT wear a hat!

Sorry Beth, I'm not too much help. She's never really minded wearing a hat, other than the first couple of times we went outside this year. When she didn't want it on, I just told her we couldn't go outside unless it was on, then she was fine because she REALLY wanted to go outside! My plan was that if she kept trying to take it off outside I would just keep bringing her inside until she "got" that she had to have it on if she wanted to be outside. I never had to do that, though. Now she loves it along with her sunglasses, and brings them both to me when she wants to go outside. I've also found that she likes it better when I tuck the straps behind her ears. She still doesn't have a whole lot of hair on top, and she is so fair, so that's why I always have her wear one.

I'd swear we lived in the same town! We had an extremely windy day yesterday as well. And it seemed like the days we got snow, you got snow too.
